Staff Guidelines

For the graphics designers

1. You must be able to submit a work at least 2x a week. If you think you are unable to submit your work 2x a week, please inform us through the contact form.
2. Please upload your images at TINY PIC. This will ensure your images are safe from deletion. The reason is I've had former staffs' works up on the site only to find out that they've already deleted their graphics contribution from their photobucket account once they've resigned or been let go.
3. I will be posting on this page the graphics suggestions e-mailed to us. Remember, you are in no way obligated to fill them out. But if you think you can fill the suggestions, thank you very much! :)

For the tutorial writers

1. You are required to submit at least 1 tutorial each week. If you think you cannot submit any tutorials for the week please let us know through the contact form.
2. Please upload your tutorial images at TINY PIC.
3. Remember, that you are a tutorial writer and not one of the graphics designers. You were hired to write tutorials. You are not allowed to make graphics because we have graphics designers for that. However, if you've already submitted at least 1 tutorial for the week, then, you can make and contribute some graphics of your own, until the next week, when you are required to submit another tutorial! :)
4. I will be posting on this page the tutorial requests. Unlike the graphics designers, who are in no way obligated to fill them out, you on the other hand, are required to fill the tutorial request. If you don't have the program required for the tutorial, download them or if they cannot be downloaded for free, let me know, maybe I can help you out!
